Feel: After getting access to certain areas, I found the different levels have an interesting feel when you consider certain challenges. 4.9

Graphics: 4.8 or 5 If you consider the look of certain Power-Ups like the Red Star

Control Style: A tad unorthodox, especially when you consider the gravity defying places that can place you on the other side of a floor. Mario game or not. 3.8

Replay Aspect: You can't expect to play certain Mario games without expecting a little more bang for your buck. The Purple Coin Challenge is quite fun! 4.7

The whole concept of Mario in a 3-D World has been completely warped with the first Wii Mario game that isn't slightly 2-D. A special comet has started moving past the Mushroom Kingdom, signifying the start of the Star Festival! The only thing to make this great moment bad is... wait, it's about to happen before we even reach the castle! Bowser has taken the castle by the its foundation and the Princess along with it! You wake up from the painful ejection from the castle grounds, only to find you're not on the same planet anymore! You then find out about the Lumas, the Grand Stars, and the plight of Rosalina. The only way you can get back the castle, beat Bowser, and save the Princess, is to restore the power to the observatory and reach Bowser's new HQ, before he uses the power he's attained to rule the Universe!

As for some of the Power-Ups I was happy to see both old and new in the mix of items. You gain abilities in many different levels that test your adaptability. There's the Boo Shroom that turns you into a Boo version of Mario, the Bee Shroom that gives you access to the Bee Suit, the Spring Shroom, an item that boosts you jumping ability (in a weird way!), the Fire Flower that true fans know well, as well as the Ice Flower (He kinda looks like a Mario ice sculpture brought to life). The Red Star is a rare item that gives Mario a new look, as well as a special power that is reminiscent of a Cap from SM64 (Sadly it only appears in the Gateway Galaxy and on the Observatory), and the Starman is a Mario Classic, giving you invincibility and the ability to damage almost any enemy by touch alone!

The way they made levels for each star was interesting. The main levels had three stars, but included hidden stars, special stars, Comets, and even a Star gained by collecting 100 purple coins!

To make full use of the game, you need to obtain every single star in the game, a full 121! You even learn of how Rosalina became the keeper of the Observatory through her storytelling at the Library. Even though there seem to be only 16 Galaxies that contain Purple Coin Challenges, there are actually 17! You need to play the game all the way through to gain access to this elusive Galaxy.

I hope you enjoyed my review, and that it'll clear things up for anyone who hasn't completed this game 100%. Later!

I meant I'd consider it a 5 when it comes to the sweet looks of the Power-Ups. Then again... a 4.5 is a tad harsh.

Trust me, I found some things a little sketchy, but it was only 1 or 2 things, so it would still be considered 10/10.
