New section designed to do these things:

1. Function as a sort of "Announcements" section for users.

2. A place for you guys to talk about yourself.

3. Make the Pub an area for stuff not directly related to you, thus reducing flooding in the pub.

nice! although i think it would be a bad idea to move the stuff from the pub, becouse there is WAAAAAAAAAY too much stuff that would go into this forum!! lol, so i think it would be better to let those threads die on there own and from now on we just do the stuff here
