i like nintendo because of metroid and mario but i like the 360 more bcuz there are more cooler games fer 360, 4 now that is. Nintendo rarely sees any violence unlike the ps3 and 360...wouldnt it be cool to see some miis blow themselves to shreds? Grr

I wonder if they'll have a Grim Reaper character in the Wii's MySims? I still believe that Nintendo's gory games will never compare to the awesome, gory glory of 360.

In the game ther r "plasmids" that can give yu cool powers. for example, u can get a flame power, light a teddy bear on fire and use the telekinesis power to throw them at yer enemies. DEATH BY PLUSHIE

Check out your local CIRCUIT CITY for Bioshock August 21st - August 25th! Mine will be selling the game for $49.99 instead of $59.99. As for me... I am getting a rental copy from Gamefly in 2 or 3 days!

So I played it all the way through, and went back on hard mode for a 2nd play. You know what? This game is even more overrated than Twilight Princess (didn't think that was possible). Sure, all the power-ups, abilities, and upgrades are very nice and allow for lots of different ways to play, but there is just no element of strategy in this game, since it isn't needed, because the lack of any sort of death penalty in the game--when the player's health bar is reduced to zero, you will just get sent to one of the many "vita chambers" in the game (there is seriously one around everyone corner) where half of the character's health bar is restored, and everything else in the game remains just as it was right before "dying" (for example, damage performed to enemies). Games are built around the idea that you can either win or lose... afterall, winning doesn't feel like much of an achievement if there is no way to be defeated.

It's a shame too, because I like practically everything else about the game, but this single idea of not being able to die totally ruins it for me (it should be noted that during the final battle and a particular escort mission, the vita chambers don't help).

Well that's my rant, maybe I should write a full review for it some time, but has anyone else played it yet beside ManicMeister and myself?

i found that 2 be kinda sucky that ther was no penalty, but on the other hand when you're battling big daddies and u die, its good to kno that their health stays the same as when u battled it.
