question about english versions of anime...are they really different from the japanese versions? i hear people say the eng one suck for almost all shows. dont they basically still say the same lines? translations come out diff sometimes yea... but i just figure people think the jap is better because you're reading and hearing a language you don't know. it doesnt sound as cheesy as it would in hearing them say those things in english. if i watched dragonball z or nartuto in jap its not going to make up for how bad it is just because i'm reading it. Or is it that the eng voices are acted bad or annoying sounding? o.O

most english shows suck cuz they dumb them down, make them pg (not as violent), and give them retarded catch phrases like "BELIEVE IT"
