I'm not a big fan of them either, but brawl is coming out pretty soon and i just picked the ones Hunter thought were the better choices in the names thread.
I still think we should wait till brawl comes out till we can come up with a better name after we've actually played it, but i guess we might be able to use one of these as a place holder until then.

each horizontal line will be a word someone picks.
whenever we get brawl, we'll hold a tournament, and we'll attach a word to each competitor (maybe have a word on each side) and when the tournament ends, we get a name

i know i want a day to screw around with everything, try out everyones final smash, all the kick ass levels, and make some more, how about this
we do it at 3:40 on monday?
see Deathbat wants to do it, he will be using my wii. and 3:40 give everyone a day to get ready (and is after school) and then more people can do it, unless everyones busy that day.
also it may be possible to do it on the sunday it comes out, but Deathbat is in the process of moving and on sunday is the day he may need to help out.
Is that cool with everyone? or do you all really want it to be on sunday. cause i have no problem with that im just trying to see if my friend could possibly do it.

Yea, the tournament looks nice bkonch. People could even start running polls now. I'd say keep it to one poll per person, and generally two poll options per person. That was we could have the name decided fairly soon after (of even before?) the game comes out.

why don't we just combine the 2 tournaments.
the name one is pretty much two in one if we let everyone pick both an adjective and a noun so we could have the winners of both face off to see who gets the game as a prize. and if it's one person who wins both, we'll have the people who got second face off to see who gets it. if someone gets the exact name they wanted for this, it would be unfair for them to get the game prize to boot.
