K just for the record this is all speculation but it was fun to do this cause i didn't know if it's true or not, so don't flame me or anything :P

Aright so here it goes, looking into the assist trophies and items on the brawl website reveals that there might be a character nintendo hasn't told us about yet, I'll give you the clues to figure it out.

1. Assist trophies that have a playable character in the game roster have that character's emblem, for example:

Knuckle Joe is from the Kirby series, so he has the pop star emblem-

and Gray fox is from metal gear, so he has Snake's emblem right?

2. So with that said, notice that characters with NO playable characters in Brawl just have the Smash emblem, for example:

Mr.Wright from the Simcity series-

and Little Mac from Punch-out-

3. That then brings us down to 2 trophies that reveal more than they were supposed to:

Samari Goroh from the F-Zero series-

( This signifies Captain Falcon is returning)

Mr.Ressetti from the animal Crossing games-

( guess what kids? He has a unique emblem, the crossing leaf, so this probably signifies that an animal crossing character is in Brawl)

Looking more into it this is really strong evidence they are in.

these numbers come from the site itself, right click the pics, do save as, it will tell you the name there

there have been a lot of theories around these. a lot of them were guessed before the pictures were ever shown.

numbers 13 and 19 don't exist yet.
13 is likely to be game and watch. 19 will be a new one. there may be more.

1-10 are from n64
11-14 from cube
14 and up are new

not sure about 11, if yoshi had it's own in 64

Wanna bet the smash update will cover lucario,jigg, or ness tonight since this video is ALL OVER the web? seriously the internet is flooded with it haha

he's actually my second most used character. which is wierd cause i always thought that was samus...

i use fox, g&w, samus, capt. falcon, and roy a lot and not much of anyone else

g&w is in and apparently the other missing one is rob...

i've gotta say, it's a pretty dissappointing list...
maybe there are some characters that won't be unlockable until you play a new game or something... like they had for melee with the trophies
