When you play this game you realize it would take a mastermind to think of ideas this wacky. They were so insanely creative they could have come from Mr. Miyamoto himself. The game consisted of you (Captain Olomar) making mass armies of little red, yellow, and blue Pikmin strikingly resembling Captain Olomar’s stew that his wife makes. The graphics are stunning and the game play is amazing. Since there are so many pieces of your ship to collect you will find yourself playing for weeks on end trying to find that last one you missed. The boss fights are incredible and just watching hundreds of little carrot like animals get eaten is fun in itself! This game should earn a spot in the coolest games of all time. It even earned itself a spot in ACWW as a hacked item. This game is by far one of the best games for the Game Cube and will be for years to come. If you haven’t played make sure to pick it up (along with the sequel Pikmin 2).
