I was in a ssbb tourney last Sunday at a local game store and it was completely random how i got in. I first went to see my two friends participate but there was a no show in the tourney brackets so i had a chance to play. Lol it turns out i got in for free with a coin toss XD.
So anyway after 2 matches and the coolest finish to a sudden death I've seen, i made it to the semi-finals..... Only to be beaten by my friend, the ONE person i did not want to fight. I dunno why, but I can never play at my best when i fight against someone i know in person (in any game). So overall it was fun and i had a blast.
Oh, and the best part was when it was a Snake vs sonic, snake had a hammer and was in FS aura, and he walks off the edge, losing the game, the store went crazy and the guy ran out the store ready to cry.
