My family's oldest cat has been put to sleep. I had to hold back a lot of tears to write this message, but I just wanted to let you guys know. At least any outbursts l8er on in the month might be explained by this.

Thats sad....my Dog is getting old, and he is def now, but he still has alot of energy for a 14 year old dog. seriusly! he doesnt look old at all, and he doesnt act like it either

Dusty, the cat that passed on, was 22 years old. He was older in cat years than any of my elders in human years. I feel better about it, now. He was laid to rest behind my papa's (my dad's dad) old shed. In later years my dad and I will try to clear the area leading to the burial site, as well as improving the marker. Skiter: Poor guy was put to sleep so at least it was humane. Old or not, he showed Lokker that it doesn't matter how old you are, you can still make people happy in your own way. The marker was just a small wooden one with Dusty's name and date of passing in magic marker, so we may want to improve on it.

she had cancer, kidney failure, liver failure, etc
