Scariest game you've ever played?I haven't played that many scary games in my life, but just recently I borrowed Condemned Criminal Origins off a friend and my God, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. One part in particular almost made me have an accident. I haven't played the Fatal Frame series (heard that was really scary) or the Silent Hill series (also heard it was really scary) so my vote goes to Condemned Criminal Origins. What was the scariest game you've ever played?

Hmm. well its really hard to think of that, there are lots of scary games. here are the games that scared me (not in order)
Resident evil (for gamecube) its dark, and things pop out at you all the time
Silent hill. Very creapy. That series defently knows how to scare
suffering is a pretty scary game,
doom 3 is alright.
I want to play condemned, but all i seen was the demo, it was pretty creapy

Oh yeah. I played Doom 3 too. Scary stuff. If you want to play another scary game, pick up Condemned Criminal Origins.

Those games really creep me out.

God. I thought RE4 was scary, but if you can play Condemned Criminal Origins. You will be scared.

I haven't played Condemned 2 yet, but I heard it's not near as scary as the first one, but it still has it's moments.

I heard the second game uses more guns which takes away the creepy factor although there is one part in particular that is definately going to be remembered as a gaming moment of the year. In Condemned 1, you can use guns, but most of the time you have to find something like an axe or sledgehammer to defend yourself.

According to wikipedia, Condemned Criminal Origins is on both the 360 and the PC, but I've only played it on the PC.
