Because,people actually have the nerve to compare Mario with the all-time great Sonic.Mario has no character developement,no mic skills(he almost never even talks!!!,what kind of a hero is that?!),no goals and ambitions like Sonic does.Nothing! Atleast in all of the Sonic shows,comics,and sonic(new)games,there's alot of action,drama,suspense,and overall fun.
