brawl clan name tournament

I've decided that I'll host this thing because no one else seems to have a huge interest in doing so. This tournament will begin as soon as we have 8 participants. it won't all take place on the same day, but spread out at the leisure of all participants (with some slight nudging as to prevent it from taking too long)... no one ever seems to remember when a specific date and time are set... rules are as follows:

-when you sign up to compete in this tournament, submit 2 words that you will be represtenting.
one adjective and one noun. These words will become the name of the guild forum's super
smash brothers brawl clan.

-when the matches are posted, you will have 3 days to track down and play against your
opponent, otherewise, the winner will be decided by a one-day poll based on the players word
choice.

-for the matches that will decide the adjective segment of the clan name, the winner will be decided
by a single 4-minute match.

-for the matches that will decide the noun segment of the clan name, the winner will be decided by
a single 3-stock match.

-the winners of the final match for each word will be the one who wins 2 out of 3 matches of whichever variety stated above.

-items and stages will be decided by the game's own system of letting the players pick thier
favorites, then randomly picking from those choices

-this is up for debate, but i'm suggesting that a judge be present in each match to decide if there
should be a rematch. examples that would warrant a rematch are: extreme lag, overly noobish
tactics, explosive randomly showing up in front of you while you're charging a smash attack,
getting "jewed", "nigged", cheated, etc... by the stage or any other strange occurences.

Overly noobish tactics..... well that eliminates me playing seeing how Metaknight consists of overusing 'noobish' tactics......

But something I don't get, how are they noobish if they work. If you're a pro you should be able to easily beat noob's using noob tactics.

ok, makes sense to me, that part can be scratched. like i sad, that part's up for discussion.

everyone cool with having a judge present? i was thinking about it a little more at work today, and realized that a judge would count as a player to the wii, with his own specific options, items, and stage. so if we do have a judge, he would have to pick some pretty basic stuff so it wouldn't interfere too much (ex: battlefield map, no items)

haha, so far, to me, it looks like "reincarnated niglets" would be the coolest combo :p

like me and deathbat, the couple times we played online before it stoped workin, we fought a metanight user who kept noobing up the B and that drill attack and he kept doing that constant slash, but i was playin as ike and owned him lol. same as deathbat in the next game (took turns) and then he disconnected. Noobish tactics are just anoying and makes the other person not want to play with the guy, like my bro, all he did was do that stupid thunder thing. i got mad, but i still won, cause i kicked his ass lol.

So Lokker if your so scared to face people in a tournament because your scared to loose or more or less get completely dominated then fight me, I sort of have the same fear.

And Metaknight's B move is one of the few things metaknight has that is good, he is suppost to use those a lot.

I'm not scared, just unsure of what to choose as a selection. I have a lot of ideas so I'm not sure which to pick. Though, I guess my best words would be "Sinful" for the adjective and "Knights" for the noun.

I'm not scared anymore. It doesn't matter whether or not the title is my idea, but I should probably try and see if I can match up with you guys. I'll give it a shot.

noobish tactics, IMO, consist entirely of the following:
cheating, glitching, hacking, d/c'ing, other things that the developer never intended or make the game impossible for the opponent to win or you to lose

flying under the stage, using some kind of infinite dodge glitch, or the old ice climbers freeze thing, etc, just to run out the clock when you get up by one kill and there's not much time.

FOX TEAM'S FREAKING LANDMASTER. but i'll allow that one.
