new brawl stage subforum

since the creation of a tool to convert brawl snapshots into a usable format (bin2jpg), it's become a lot easier to show off your stages. with the idea that a lot of us will want to do that, i suggest that there be a new subforum in the brawl section that will be made specifically for that. it should work similarly to the sig/logo creation forum in that everyone will have a topic of thier own to show off thier stages and they will post them all in thier first message. the rest of the topic will be available for everyone else to discuss them.
there will also be a few other topics such as, but not limited to:
-themed contests
-ranking all the users on the quality of thier work
-top 5 overall maps

now that we have 2 admins, one of you should be able to make it happen. soon. thanks.

also, if you make me a mod over it, it would make things a lot easier.
