I propose new subforums

Now. im making this a poll. just to see what you guys think.

A tournament SUB FORUMS

see in the past ive seen alot of tournaments, mph, mario kart, etc.

but every time we have one the forums get pretty much flooded with new threads, and it gets kinda jumbled and messy.

So i propose a tournament Subforums

This section will have a sub forum for EACH game. ssbb, mario kart, halo etc. and what you do is, set up a tournament in 1 thread in a clan section(mph, ssbb etc) and once that happens, you go to the tournament forums and set it up there. there you make the player list, and then after that you make the actual tournament in another thread, so there should only be 2 threads or how many threads the tournament will require. and once a tournament is done, all the threads would be moved to the graveyard, and a clean slate for a whole new tournament can be made! and it wont get all messy.

there will be a tournament sub-forum for every clan. in a better way to explain it

step 1. set up a time in the clan section, once everyone agrees on the time.

step 2. a player list/ tournament rules thread will be made in the sub forums, also whos going against who is going to be established there,

step 3. make a discussion thread for the tournament in the sub forums

step 4. when its time, you start doing it.

step 5. once its all done send it all to the grave yard for a clean slate

this way we wont get a bunch of tournament threads bunching up the clan sections. and it would be easy and make it easyer to make tournaments

so the upcoming ssbb brawl tournys are another good example. See first we have the name forum, so someone sets up the name list and pairs them up, and then theres a discssion topic for it,

then after thats done and the winner is decided, then the topics get moved to the graveyard section and theres a fresh clean slate for a whole nother tourny.
and not to mention people could make an after tourny discussion in the clan section they are doin it in.

This way its much more organized and i imagine it would be easyer to set up tournaments.

well if it is made then all tournaments would have to be set up to go on in the subforums. so they would be used often, unless the clan dies.

I honestly don't think we need one. The only game I can see this happening with is brawl cause lets face it, this forum is VERY nintendo heavy and usually it's not even a tournament but just a couple of members playing together.

yeah, but im just saying, this would make it waaaaay more easy to set up tournys , even if some of them arnt gona be used the ones that will be used will still be used lol. see making a tournament will be this easy

Yea I mean the worst that could happen is taht it would fail and no one is going to be hur to or lose sleep over it.

yeah, and im pretty sure that this will make making Tournaments much easyer and more orginized

Wow I didn't see this topic. But yea sounds like a fair idea. (unless you already made it and I don't see it somewhere.) You don't have to make it as a subforum if you don't want though. You could just make it a regular forum and put it under like.. the Daily News catagory, that could work. Subforums work funky sometimes keeping updated posts correct and whatnot I think. Either way, sure.

i made the subforums ,it would be easyer to do that cause then you can make a tourny subforum for each clan.
