ms is so damn rich they could get away with a lawsuit, they have NEVER lost a case. there so rich they can own anyone.

i haven't looked too much into it yet, but i'm assuming it would use different methods of achieving the same functions; motion control and point recognition. like how sony was the only one that was sued for having rumble in its controlers, both nintendo and ms used diffent methods and achieved the same results.
